Program Overview: The
LifeChampion® Supervisory
Excellence Program is a comprehensive
six-month developmental process specifically
designed to improve the core skills critical
to supervisory success. We believe that
"Excellence is a Process." Therefore
excellence is created over time through
targeted and specific informational intake,
knowledge development, and experiential
learning. The LifeChampion®
Supervisory Excellence Program incorporates
pre-class assignments, audio summaries,
reading assignments, highly interactive
half-day live programs, and post-class
application assignments to create a
structured and effective developmental
process. The content of the six modules is
based on extensive research and practical
experience in training and developing
frontline and mid-level supervisors and
managers. The course is specifically
designed to increase practical knowledge and
the ability to apply real world solutions to
the daily problems supervisors and managers
face. It will absolutely increase the
effectiveness of the supervisors involved -
guaranteed. All participants will track
their insights gained, actions taken, and
results obtained as a result of
participation in the course. This provides
a clear basis for evaluating return on
investment for the organization.
